What it is
Public holidays, staff meetings, maintenance windows — events that belong in everyone’s calendar. Instead of sending invitations to distribution lists, an admin enters the event once in a Teams app, and EventManager writes it straight into the recipients’ Outlook calendars via Microsoft Graph.
Features
- Distribution strategies — to all active users in the tenant, to members of Entra ID groups, or to individually selected people
- Later changes — when a distributed event is edited, the entries update for every recipient automatically
- Dry run — preview the distribution before a single calendar is touched
- Audit log — every status change can be traced
- Cleanup — remove all entries EventManager created in the tenant, also with a preview
- Feedback from the app — bugs and requests land directly as issues in the repo
